Competitor Comparison
Competitor profiles, a rated feature comparison matrix, market trends and recommendations.
Structured, source-backed competitive intelligence for B2B commercial decisions — competitor comparisons, pricing, go-to-market analysis and sales battlecards.
Complete sample reports with the same structure, sections and depth as a paid report. Sample companies and data are illustrative.
Competitor profiles, a rated feature comparison matrix, market trends and recommendations.
Pricing models, packaging logic, discounting, a price positioning map and objection handling.
GTM motion, marketing channels, partnerships, messaging, sales motion and expansion signals per competitor.
Who they win with, weaknesses, how to beat them, objection responses and deal red flags.
The information usually exists — scattered across websites, pricing pages, job posts and announcements. The hard part is turning it into something your team can act on.
You're entering a competitive deal
You know who the competitor is, but not how their offer, positioning and strengths really compare with yours.
Pricing is unclear
Public pricing, packaging and commercial positioning are scattered across websites, documents and market signals.
Competitor strategy is changing
Messaging, channels, ICP, partnerships and expansion activity change faster than static competitor files.
Research takes too long
Sales and strategy teams spend hours collecting information before they can start interpreting it.
Four reports built around the competitive questions B2B teams ask most.
Understand how your offer compares.
Side-by-side analysis of positioning, capabilities, differentiation, strengths, weaknesses and competitive context.
Understand how a competitor prices and packages value.
Pricing, packaging, commercial model, value metrics and positioning.
Understand how a competitor goes to market.
Channels, messaging, ICP signals, partnerships, market expansion and strategic patterns.
Turn competitive research into something Sales can use.
Strengths, weaknesses, objections, differentiators and talking points for competitive conversations.
General-purpose AI tools are excellent for exploratory research. Intelligent Insights Lab is designed for a different job: producing repeatable, structured competitive intelligence around a defined commercial question.
Different workflow, different output.
Relevant public sources are collected and organised around a specific competitive question, then analysed with the same framework every time.
Major findings trace back to public sources your team can verify.
The same analytical framework is applied to every competitor you analyse.
Strong evidence isn't presented the same way as an inference — findings are labelled by evidence strength.
Findings are organised around the decisions Sales, Product, Marketing and leadership need to make.
A structured report your team can use without rebuilding the analysis.
Finding
Competitor A has moved its CRM integration from the Enterprise tier into its mid-market plan.
Evidence
Public pricing page and product release notes — source links included in the report.
Confidence
Observable — stated directly in public sources.
Implication for Sales
Expect the integration objection earlier in mid-market deals. Lead with total cost and implementation time.
Automated quality controls check completeness, consistency and unsupported claims before delivery.
Reports are based on public information and are designed to support — not replace — professional judgement.
Executive summary
The most important findings and their commercial implications, in plain language.
Source panel
Major claims linked to their public sources, so you can verify them or share them with your team.
Confidence indicators
Key findings are labelled by evidence strength — for example, observable versus inferred.
Implications and actions
Specific next steps for Sales, Product and leadership — not raw data you still need to interpret.
Delivered to your dashboard and by email as a shareable PDF.

Tell us what you're looking for — our team will help you scope a custom report.
Every report lives inside a workspace that keeps working after delivery — compare, cross-check and revisit, without ordering a new document.
Rate your product against every tracked competitor on the same capabilities — Leader, Competitive or Behind — and add one more competitor without starting the comparison over.
Every source behind every report, filterable by type and reliability, with each claim traced back to where it came from — not a citation list buried inside one PDF.
Re-run a report and the last version stays on record, so you can see exactly what changed between them instead of only ever holding the latest one.
Reports are generated on demand from current public information, allowing teams to investigate a competitive question without commissioning a lengthy manual research engagement.
Select a report type and provide the inputs — your product, the competitor and any context.
See the scope and fixed price for that report before you pay.
The report arrives in your dashboard and by email, with sources included.

Getting Started
Intelligent Insights Lab produces structured, source-backed competitive intelligence for B2B sales and strategy teams: competitor comparisons, pricing intelligence, go-to-market analysis and sales battlecards, plus market, buying-signal, account and stakeholder reports. Reports are generated on demand from current public information and include source references.
General-purpose AI tools are excellent for exploratory research, and the result depends on how you prompt and structure the work. IIL applies a predefined methodology to a defined commercial question and delivers a standardised, source-backed report your team can share. It is a different workflow with a different output, not a replacement for exploratory AI research.
The inputs depend on the report type. For a Competitor Comparison, Pricing, Go-To-Market or Battlecard report you provide your product and one or more competitors. For account and stakeholder reports you provide the company or person. You will see the required fields before you pay.
No. Intelligent Insights Lab operates on a pay-per-report model. You pay a fixed price for each report you generate. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no cancellation required.
Reports & Delivery
Delivery time depends on the report type, the number of competitors and the amount of public information available. The typical range for each report type is shown in the pricing table.
Reports are available in your dashboard as soon as they are ready. You also receive an email notification with a direct link. Reports can be exported as PDF or viewed in the browser.
Yes. The system researches public sources and generates the report automatically. Automated quality controls then check completeness, consistency and unsupported claims before the report is delivered. There is no manual analyst review.
Yes. Every major finding is linked to its public source. You can verify the information or share sources with your team. Confidence indicators are included for key claims.
Yes. Full sample PDFs for the four featured competitive intelligence reports are available on this page, and every report type has a sample on its details page. Sample companies and data are illustrative.
Pricing & Refunds
Prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable taxes vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout before you confirm payment.
If the system identifies that public information for your target is insufficient to produce a quality report, we will notify you before generating and offer a revised scope or a full credit. We do not deliver incomplete reports without notice.
If a section is missing, inconsistent or clearly incorrect, contact us via the support page and we will review it. Reports are based on available public information at the time of generation. We cannot add private data or guarantee specific outcomes.
If a report fails to generate due to a system error, your payment is returned as account credit automatically. You can then use that credit to generate another report or contact support for a refund.
Data & Privacy
Company websites, job boards, press releases, industry news, professional networks and other open web data. We do not access private, gated or non-public information.
Reports are generated from publicly available information at the time of the request. The platform does not continuously monitor or refresh data between orders. For time-sensitive intelligence, we recommend generating a new report at the point of need.
Yes. The inputs you provide and the reports generated are private to your account. They are not shared with third parties or used to train models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
No. Reports are built from public information only. You provide the inputs for the report — for example your product and the competitors to analyse — and nothing else. We don't access your CRM, email or internal systems.
Yes. Reports can be exported as PDF and shared with teammates. The content — signals, scores, recommended actions, sources — is structured to be directly usable in your sales process, CRM notes, call prep or account planning.
